Our organization securely stores your data on a secure server we contract through a data hosting company. Your data is only directly accessible to website administrators and will only be shared with other people within the organization when given consent from the user.
Data shared with third parties
We use Amazon SES to send emails. By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to the use of your email address by AWS (Amazon Web Services) for these purposes. AWS processes your data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. For more information on how they handle your data, please review their policy. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the link provided in each newsletter. We are not responsible for third-party practices beyond our control.

Correction and termination
While signed in, organizers are able to change their data via the admin portal or delete their accounts. Newsletter subscribers can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of every email or by contacting us via the contact form. Additionally, we might choose to unsubscribe newsletter subscribers after not opening any of our email for a certain period of time.
